Kelly® warrants to the best of its knowledge to the original purchaser that the Kelly® product for which they received this warranty are free from non-conformities in material & workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.

Kelly® is not responsible for the condition of their product(s) and its merchantability due to the work of any third party. Kelly® is not responsible for damage and/or alterations caused by a third party.

Kelly®’s sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace the product(s), at Kelly®’s option.

Scratches, dings, abrasions and the like caused by use or handling are not considered defects. Kelly® does not warrant its finish or frames from erosion or damage due to acid sweat/perspiration.

This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear & tear, or normal maintenance items, or any damage, failure or loss caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper maintenance, improper repair, modification, use in competition, use for commercial purposes or use of parts or devices not consistent with the original intent for the product sold, or failure to follow instructions for installation, assembly, or use. Normal wear & tear and hard use are not manufacturer defects & are not covered. -any components, accessories or other "items" produced by a manufacturer other than Kelly® bear their manufacturer’s own warranty. Any claims must be directed to said manufacturer.

Kelly® product is not intended for use in stunt riding, ramp jumping, acrobatics or similar activities or with motors or power-driven vehicles.
