Kelly Factory Racing

All one has to do is show up at a local bicycle race on any given Sunday to realize just how much raw talent is out there.

We @ Kelly salute the many devoted and talented riders that show up at these weekend events all through the year -- year after year.

While there is so much great talent out there it's an exceptional two that found their way onto the Kelly Factory Team -- Dorothy Wong & Stella Carey.

Thanks to the fine folks at Michelin, True Temper, PowerBar, Paul Components & Bell Helmets who help make our race program a success. Whithout you we wouldn't be where we are.

La Ruta de Conquistadores, 12/01/03

First in the world to race and finish the three toughest MTB races in the world.

Just got back from Costa Rica and what must have been the ultimate mtb adventure. Although tired from the Crocodile Trophy just two weeks prior I was able to enjoy the suffering of La Ruta de Los Conquistadores.

During the three exhausting, but totally spectacular three days in the jungle I was interviewed by mountainbike TV and had several pictures taken of me. Some of them are soon being published in Norway and Australia.

Of course I was riding my beloved Kelly hardtail all dressed in green and orange stripes.I have been racing a Kelly hardtail for two seasons now and have in these seasons finished some of the worlds toughest mountain bike races.

The Kelly hardtail has taken me through The Crocodile Trophy in Australia , The TransAlp Challenge across the European Alps and lastly the La Ruta De Los Conquistadores across
Costa Rica.

All these races are considered the toughest MTB races in the world and the Kelly Hardtail pulled me through with flying colors. I am amazed at how well the frame rides in all kinds of conditions. From gravel-road hell in outback Australia to Downhill madness in the Alps and mud mayhem in Costa Rica the Kelly handles like a dream in every condition.

Thank you Kelly for the best hardtail ever.
